Make a Wish

A New Year romance TV-movie is being shot in Kiev.

Make a Wish is co-produced by PRIMA-FILM (Ukraine) and CINEMOTION GROUP (Russia) and is a remake of Lauras Wunschzettel (distributed by SevenOne Int.).

Summary:

After the tragic death of her fiancé Nastya devotes herself entirely to her little daughter. But one day before New Year’s Eve she meets an old man who looks like a wizard. He tries to convince her that wishes come true when you want something badly… Soon Nastya gets acquainted with a café franchise owner Andrey Dobrynin, who is unable to recover from a personal loss as well. There is a mutual attraction between them. However, before a ring graces Nastya’s finger she will have to recover her faith in love, face a clever scheming rival, earn the respect of Andrey’s commanding mother and the love of his 9-year-old son.
